What iOS version is required?

Recover requires iOS 15.0 or later. We recommend keeping your device updated to the latest iOS version for the best experience and security.

How do I reset my password?

Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.

Can I use the app offline?

Yes! The app works offline and automatically syncs your changes when you reconnect to the internet. Photos, inspections, and notes are all available offline.

How do I contact customer support?

Is my data secure?

How do I update the app?

Open the App Store, tap your profile icon, scroll to 'Available Updates', and tap 'Update' next to Recover. Enable automatic updates in Settings to always have the latest version.

What's included in my subscription?

All plans include unlimited projects, cloud storage, mobile and web access, customer support, and regular updates. Higher tiers add advanced features like AI estimating and integrations.

How do I export my data?

Navigate to Settings > Data Export, select the date range and format (PDF, CSV, or JSON), and click Export. Your data will be prepared and sent to your email.
